No neighbours looking at you! - Approximately 2 km to airport, University and Bundaberg Recreational Precinct and one more block to dining experiences, a shopping mall and shopping centres, cinemas, a tavern and a club. - Approximately 5 km to main hospitals. - 6 foot fully fenced yard, with guest access to a 15 amp EV charger, or plug in for caravan, at an extra cost of $20 per night (Please phone to book). - Full use of yard, BBQ and seating area, no smoking in the house, separate seating area outside for smokers. - Queenslander is seperate from our house underneath, has own personal front and rear entry with key safe check in at front door. - Washing machine, and separate toilet in powder room

A small selection of breakfast cereals and fresh milk, herbal tea, coffee and tea are provided. A/c, ceiling fan, Netflix on tv, wifi. No smoking in room, there is a seating area outside for smoking. Approximately 3 km to 2 shopping centres, cinema, Brothers club, Tavern, and large variety of fast food and dining experiences. 15 amp EV charger available at an extra $20 per night. Airport pickup and drop off $10 if we are available.

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking If check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
